As a customer service employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You will answer inquiries, process orders and provide support in the event of problems. Your tasks include:
- Friendly and competent support for our customers by phone and email
- Processing orders and returns
- Support in solving customer problems
- Maintaining customer data and documentation
2. influencer marketing & social media manager (full-time)
In this position, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of our social media and influencer strategies. Your tasks include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with influencers
- Planning and implementing social media campaigns
- Creating and publishing engaging content
- Analyzing the performance and optimizing social media activities
3rd E-Commerce / Webshop Manager (full-time)
As E-Commerce / Webshop Manager you will be responsible for the management and optimization of our online store. Your tasks include:
- Maintaining and updating the product catalog
- Monitoring the ordering process and stock levels
- Analyzing sales data and implementing improvement measures
- Working with the marketing team to increase online sales
4. warehouse employee / order picker (full-time)
In this role, you will be responsible for efficient warehouse management and the smooth running of order picking. Your tasks will include:
- Receiving, checking and putting away goods
- Picking and packing orders
- Carrying out inventories
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the warehouse
