How do I connect the smartwatch to my cell phone?

Download the ZenTrack App from the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android) and then activate Bluetooth so that the smartphone and watch can recognize each other. Switch on your smartwatch by pressing and holding the side button until the display is switched on. Then open the ZenTrack app, go to "Settings", tap on "Select device" and then on "Add new device". The app will now automatically search for your watch - as soon as it is found, tap on the display to establish the connection. Your smartwatch will then be synchronized automatically.

How do you set up smart reminders?

To set smart reminders, open the ZenTrack app and go to the settings. There, select the "Smart device settings" section and then tap "Add reminder". You can create a new reminder using the plus symbol. Now select the reminder type, for example sport, sleep, food, medicine, wake-up, meeting or individual. Then set the desired day and time and save the reminder. Your smartwatch will then automatically remind you of what you have selected.

No, don't worry. We have made sure that no nickel is used in the bracelets. Even customers with a severe nickel allergy can wear our smartwatches without any problems.
