Payment and shipping

Exchange policy:

Customers from Germany: The exchange is free of charge.
Customers from Austria and Switzerland: The customer bears the costs for the exchange.

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT):

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
From an order value of 80.00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
Below an order value of 80.00 € we charge shipping costs at a flat rate of 3.90 € per order.

Deliveries abroad:
From an order value of 80.00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
Below an order value of 80.00 € we charge a flat rate of 5.90 € per order.
Switzerland: 10.00 CHF

Delivery times:

Domestic (Germany): 2-4 working days
International: 4-6 working days
(Deadlines apply from the conclusion of the contract or, if advance payment has been agreed, from the time of your payment instruction).

Important notes:

  • No delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
  • If you order items with different delivery times, they will be sent in a single shipment.
  • In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection.
Please note that you are obliged to ensure that there are sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.

If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited when the goods are dispatched.
