1. download the Zenwatch app:

2. reset the watch:
Go to Settings > System > Reset on the Zenwatch.
3. pair the Zenwatch again and make sure you allow notifications during setup.

1. uninstall and reinstall the Zenwatch app:
- Download Android | Download iOS
2. reset the Zenwatch:
Go to Settings > System > Reset on the Zenwatch.
1. delete the Zenwatch app and clear the cache:
- Settings > Apps > Zenwatch > Clear cache
2. reinstall the app and perform a reset on the watch
Activate the option "Raise wrist to activate display" in the settings of your watch.
If you have received a shipping confirmation, you can cancel the acceptance online via the shipment number.
