Terms of delivery

We deliver within Germany and to the following countries:

Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Norway.


Shipping costs (incl. VAT)

Germany:

  • Flat rate: 3.90 € Shipping costs per order

  • From an order value of 80.00 €: free shipping

Abroad (EU & UK, CH, NO):

  • Switzerland Flat rate: 10,00 CHF
  • Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Norway. Flat rate: 8.95 €
  • From an order value of 80.00 €: free shipping

Delivery times

  • Germany: 3-5 working days

  • Abroad: 5-7 working days

Please note:

  • There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

  • Orders with items with different delivery times will be shipped in one shipment. In this case, the delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time.


Shipment tracking

  • You will receive a shipment number by e-mail after dispatch.

  • You can track the status of your order at any time via the order status portal.

  • If the status is not updated after 5-6 days, please contact our support team.

Notes on payment

  • SEPA direct debit:
    By issuing a SEPA mandate, you authorize the collection of the invoice amount.
    A pre-notification will be sent at least 5 days before the collection date. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds.

  • Credit card:
    The amount will be debited when the goods are dispatched, provided no payment service provider is involved.


Returns & refunds

14-day satisfaction guarantee

You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to make a return via our returns portal portal.
You will need your order number and e-mail address for this.


Return conditions

  • Condition: Unused, in original packaging, without signs of use

  • Completeness: Accessories and instructions must be included

  • Packaging: Secure shipping packaging required


Return costs

  • Germany: Flat rate of 4.00

  • Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland: Return shipping is at your own expense according to the selected shipping service provider

  • Returns due to customer errors (e.g. incorrect address) must also be borne by the customer


Processing & refund

  • Processing: Up to 20 working days after receipt of the return shipment

  • Refund: Will be made via the original payment method used, usually within 10 working days
